I joined Diallog but had to change internet providers a few months later. The CRTC states internet service providers must refund any unearned money from the date the customer requests cancellation until the end of the billing term if paid in advance but Diallog's terms state they must be given 30 days notice. As such they tried to keep the money I had paid until the end of the billing cycle. They also did not return the modem deposit I paid. I filed a complaint with CCTS (the investigative branch of the CRTC for complaints) and after the CCTS investigated Diallog agreed to pay me the unearned money back and modem deposit provided I returned the modem, which I already had returned two months previously (and someone from Diallog had signed for the return). Diallog knows they have to return any money from the date of cancellation requested by the customer to the end of the billing cycle if the customer paid for the entire cycle in advance but they try to get out of it by saying their terms require 30 days notice. This amounts to theft in my opinion and I believe them to be very disreputable. Their tech support is also non existent unless it is during normal business hours. Save yourself headaches and go with another provider.

We only got wifi around a month ago and the connection has been horrible the whole time. Inconsistent and can never get a steady stream of wifi. Our wifi has been completely down now for over 24 hours and they cannot fix it. I have called several times and been transferred to other people and I have two days on hold. No one can tell me the problem and everyone says something different. All they have said it turn it off and on again. Waiting for tech to come in and hopefully fix it. Rediculous.

I have their internet for less than a week. At the beginning everything worked like a charm and right before the weekend, which is when I’m home and want to relax and what something on my tv, I don’t have internet already. For my surprise, if you have any problem after hours, you have to leave a message so a technician can return to you. I did it exactly 6 hours ago and still nothing. I paid everything accordingly, purchased the best router in the market and now I simply don’t have internet. I hope it gets fixed, or else I would rather pay more for a reliable internet than stay with a internet that gives me headaches like this. I’m beyond frustrated at the moment. Please think twice before trying to save money...

Been with Diallog for a while -- formerly Eurotel Canada. Customer service is superb - I get to talk to a real representative instead of an automated machine used by the bigger telecom companies. If you want a choice and better plans, switch to Diallog! Their Xcell Mobile service is also worth checking out.
