We have met quite a few of our fellow residents and they are all owners. We have yet to meet a renter. This is quite rare in condo circles. It`s no wonder as the location is 5 star. Fabulous Humberview Mall across the road with every store and service possible. A 5 minute drive and you are on Dundas with another mall with JavaJoes and Brunos, to name a few. A short walk to Bloor Street and all the Kingsway shops.
The building itself has a pool, which will open in December with his and hers change rooms, sauna. The fitness and media rooms will also open in December. Friendly and attentive conceirges are always there. We were surprised when one of them knocked on our door because he heard the radio on and hadn`t fully moved in yet; he wanted to make sure that we were there and no one else!
Having never lived in a condo, we are so happy with the manner in which the entire process was handled by the Princess Group.
