Called up this company to deal with a bedbug invasion.
Excellent service, thorough treatments that worked, my questions were patiently answered, all the staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I was very happy to deal with people who are true professionals. The bugs are gone, and my life got back to normal thanks to this company!

I found out the hard way that not all bed bug extermiantors are equal!
When we found out we had bed bugs we searched the net and found the cheapest company we could find thinking that they would all more or less be the same... o.k., so were we wrong!
The first company we used showed up with only a steamer and said it would only take 1 treatment... a month later we realized we'd be had - Then we did our research!
We found this company and they arrived with an array of equipment, did a THOROUGH job twice (both are included) and now our bed bug problem is gone!!!
Learn from our mistake and hire this company from the get-go!

The importance of an integrated approach when exterminating bed bugs cannot be overstated.
A proper 'prep' will de-clutter the space to be treated and make the exterminator's job easier.
The extermination must be done by a qualified, licensed technician and the bed bug infested laundry should be properly addressed to avoid re-infestation.
This company offers all of the elements necessary to achieve a positive result.
