Carpets weren't cleaned very well. Did not get to the corners so there is a mismatch in colour where the carpet was actually cleaned and the area that wasn't. Only took half an hour and did not have a lot of advice except to get it done every 6 months. Indicated on the phone that drying time was 4 hours but it has been 9 hours so far (after cranking up the heater in the house) and carpet is still not dry. There were pools of water at the bottom of the staircase from their machine. I only chose this company because I wanted a company that used non-toxic, no chemical solutions for cleaning. Will have to continue on with the search.
