Destructive is the very best one can say about Pacific Coast Paving. They park all the vehicles, including heavy ones, anywhere they please. On your lawn, on your neighbours' lawns, and even on existing asphalt curbs, even though these people should know that asphalt curbs cannot withstand such abuse. The foreman/boss of the work crew was extremely rude and uncooperative when politely asked to move vehicles off the neighbours' lawns. He made abusive remarks about "people in big homes", even though I live in a small 70's rancher - apparently he has some vendetta he's playing out on company time.

The paving job done was sloppy and won't last a year. Apparently asphalt is made of gold, because they put down so little that it's already crumbling and coming away in chunks. The attendant mess they left behind was horrific.

Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of Pacific Coast Paving. And if you see them in the neighbourhood, warn people away from them. If you don't succeed in that, set up lots of rocks and other impediments to them destroying your property and those of your neighbours. I can attest that they will actually push some of the rocks out of the way so as to destroy your property anyway, but if you put enough of them out they'll mostly go elsewhere.
