My first visit to have my ingrown toe nails filed was two weeks ago and I paid the full amount. I returned 2 weeks later concerned that the issue had not been rectifyed. They took me in and did relieve the issue, however, they expected me to pay again for the same issue. I refused and was told not to come back again. Talk about good customer service, I rate them very poorly, all about the money and nothing to do with caring about the patient.
