The Sales person, The customer support and ??? are the same person. He will not accept phone calls. He only do chat support whenever he is available, not when you need it. In addition, he might be supporting 10 other people at the same time, so you only have to wait minutes between sentences. I requested refund, so far I have not received anything in my account. I will wait few more days and contact paypal if I get nothing. I couldn't run the software to tell you about it :(
