Toronto to Orlando package. Worst experience ever. Staff sent us to wrong check-in counter at airport. Promised hotel amenities did not exist. Rental car was not as promised. Hotel breakfast not edible. Hotel staff did not speak English. Room substandard.

We are in the process of initiating a 'Class Action' suit against the airline "Air Transat", the solicitors in charge of the case are citing: intimidation tactics at airports (particularily, London Gatwick Airport), overbooking, and several other issues. If anyone who has experienced inimidation, rascism, over zealous ticket takers or have seen how most non Canadian ticket agents within airports convey the message that whatever they say is truth and the customer is always wrong, please contact us at: 416 286 - 6158 in Toronto or =44(0)208 9405567. Please remember this is a class action suit with 8 plantiffs so far. If we can get more, it will be much better. Please continue to write in blogs and we will search for those who have been affected by Air Transat's ineffectiveness. Thank you
