Marble Clinic came to reseal a very difficult to clean green slate floor that is the main walkway in a small bungalow. After the first time at the house, I really felt the results were not very visible. So I called back and a technician came again and used a tougher brush. It made a big difference. The thing that impressed me most was the fact that there were no questions asked when I was not satisfied the first time and the company wanted to make it right. THAT is excellent customer service.

In the last few years the marble in my bathroom had become extremely dull and lifeless. So after reading the great reviews on HomeStars I called The Marble Clinic to refinish the ensuite shower, vanity top, and floor. I had the bathroom installed about 10 years ago, and after the Marble Clinic was done the marble today looks as good as the day it was installed! The only advantage now is that unlike before, the marble is properly sealed and protected. The work was neat and tidy, and they really paid close attention to detail. I have booked them in the new year to begin work on my foyer, and kitchen floor. I highly recommend The Marble Clinic to everyone who needs reliable prompt service to their natural stone.

This is the second time I have used you. This first time I was going to replace my marble and stone floors and counters and you made it look like NEW!
The second time a contractor scratched the floor and again you made it like New.
Your workman are pleasnat and polite willing to please.

Mike, the technician arrived promptly, set up his equipment in an orderly manner and commenced to work on the two projects we had for him. His removal of an old, faulty piece of marble from a vanity with no injury to a special sink or mirror surround was impressive. The new top piece was applied cleanly. A larger vanity top in another area requiring considerable grinding, polishing and sealing looks like new. Everything was cleaned up efficiently. Mike was a pleasure to have working in our condo. When grinding or sawing of holes was required he contained dust thus produced.

The Marble Clinic lives up to its motto as a leader in stone protection and restoration! We have used their do-it-yourself kit and now have had them do work in our home. Recently, they refinished our marble flooring and honestly, it looks even better than when it was installed only 2 years ago! All staff were professional, friendly, helpful and patient. The workmen were punctual, tidy and never left a mess. The job was finished when promised, which is rare these days. We would not hesitate for one moment to recommend them and in fact, we already have! Thanks to everyone at the Marble Clinic; we couldn't have been more pleased.

The Marble Clinic did an excellent job in my house, cleaning and sealing the new travertine tiles. They were very punctual and water does not get absorbed by the stone now that it is properly sealed.

Service was prompt and friendly. Only two areas that I could see better 1) my outside stone entrance way was covered in chalk from the tools and boots and wasn't cleaned off when the job was completed. 2) Not sure that the counter was fully sealed as I already have a ring mark from a glass. I will be applying another cream sealer to it.

We were very pleased with the customer service, the staff and work. The customer service people explained exactly what they were going to do, when they were going to do it and for how much (and reassured us that that all would be well). The staff arrived on time, organised and ready to work. They completed the job, cleaned up and left (without taking a break). The bill was exactly what was negotiated and payment was made easy.

My marble shower was very dirty and had lost its shine. The Marble Clinic was here for one day and it looks like new. I would recommend, however they did arrive 20 mins later than expected.

When I first had The Marble Clinic in I was impressed by their professionalism and fairly reasonable cost. When the work in my kitchen was done the floor was so shiny I could almost see myself in the reflection. I would highly recommend to any one with marble that’s looking a little worn!
