Jerry was amazing to work with. He helped guide us through the project and offered great recommendations. The timing of the work was bang on. The Canadian hardwood product is gorgeous and all the gentlemen who completed the work were friendly, professional and hardworking. The clean up was great too. We are very happy with the results. We called a week in advance to book an appointment. On the the day of our appointment nobody called or showed up. I lost a day of wages. When I called to find out why, the owner had no clue. Stay away from this company!

Our stairs were re-done by this company over a year ago; and we feel that our legitimate criticisms have been ignored over the past year with un-returned phone calls and evasive excuses about going on vacation etc. There are several imperfections on the paint job, many of the spindles are loose (which is a safety concern) and a portion of the railing has separated. When we notified the contractor about our dissatisfaction, he came over and dropped off a bucket of touch-up paint as if the job was for us to finish. Because our phone calls have not been returned, and because our concerns have not been taken seriously, we thought it best to write an honest review to make other consumers aware. We are certain that there are other companies in the GTA who would have been happy to send someone over to perform touch-ups and maintenance after the major work was done. Instead, we were brushed off as they moved on to the next client. These problems could have easily been taken care of over a year ago and this review would not have been warranted.
