In the age of poor customer service and the market full of scammers and promises Sale people.... I found this garage one who deliver what they promise...delivery on time... Work in the shortest possible time.... Most cost efficient way... They care about me as they care for thier busines.. They could charge me to change the whole thing... But was so honest and asked me to change what is required... Profisional eye on the problem... Good advisor to save you energy.. Gave me the best advice that may save me thousands of dollars and change the way i look at my garage during winter... I could not spend that much of time writing those word but because they deserve it.... My advise is try you will never regret... YOU ARE IN A SAFE HANDS. THANK YOU GUYS YOU ARE THE BEST

We ordered a door and after 3 weeks called to check on time line. She said oh can't find order n call you back! When she did it was to say, you can't have that door, it's not available. My question was and when were you going to tell us this!!! Then hours later said we can but different manufacturer, did we want to order it. We got our refund and went to Dodds garage.

We recently purchased a garage door from Garage One. After waiting over 5 weeks for the door that we wanted, it was installed, only to discover that it was not the colour that we had ordered. The technician, Nick, thought that we had called in and changed the colour, which we had not. The girl in the office said that another customer had changed their colour and somehow it ended up on our invoice. That night Ahmed came to our door unannounced and basically accused us of changing the colour and said that he would be investigating. My husband and I were very upset, and my husband told Ahmed to put our old door back on and we would take our business elsewhere. In the end they admitted their mistake and we got the door we wanted.
The technician was prompt and courteous, but his boss needs to get his facts straight before confronting customers. We were happy in the end, but we were made to feel very uncomfortable in the interim.

I 've got an estimate from them, then they said the price is tripled and they 'll call with the new price, never called back. BAD SERVICE

Their Response and call back needs a lot of improvement especially for complaints and fixing. This is not the case when you are in the process of buying. Also confirmation whether they are coming or not is quite disappointing.

The spring on our door broke suddenly and called for servicing. From the operator to Ahmed this was a very satisfying experience. Ahmed replaced one spring, the cables and wheels. I checked another company and they wanted $150 for a minimum of two hours or $300 plus parts.
Ahmed was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable. I asked numerous questions while he was working and he was very personable and polite . Took him about an hour to replace the above parts and he did a few little extras (adjusted the door opener, greased everything, fixed the track where it was bent, etc.) and made sure the door was working properly before he left (it has never been this quiet). I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GARAGE ONE AND AHMED IF HE IS AVAILABLE.

I don't usually write reviews for businesses, but I just want to say I had a great experience with this company. Called after hours (6:30 pm) for an emergency service call and the guy (Amhed) came within an hour. Replaced two springs and the cables and wheels. I could have waited for regular service hours and paid about half ($75)for the service call, but I needed my door fixed before work the next day. I checked another company and they wanted $150 for after hours with a minimum of two hours or $300 plus parts. BTW check the website for coupons ($10 off the service call for example).
Very courteous and knowledgeable. Believe me, I asked a ton of questions while the guy was working. Took him about an hour to replace the above parts and he did a few little extras (adjusted the door opener, greased everything, fixed the track where it was bent, etc.) and made sure the door was working properly before he left. While no one likes to pay a large sum of money for repairs, it is part of owning a home. Therefore, I was happy with the money spent for the quality of service.
BTW someone complained about this company forcing you to replace two springs and not one. I knew going in that I was going to replace the two springs. Search it up on the internet, that is the recommendation from everywhere I looked. The reason is obvious, if one goes, the other is not far behind and then you'll be paying for two service calls.
Great experience and I recommend this company.

diagnosed the problem with my door and taught me how to fix it

Called this morning to get my garge door spring replaced. Had it fixed by 3:00 pm. Man was very courtious and helpful in explaining maintenance.
I'd recommend them to anyone. Totally legitimate business. 5 Yr warranty on spring.

Wow!!!.......Ahmed (905 816 0687)was RIGHT ON TIME and even offered to come to our house after ten o'clock on a Sunday night!) It wasn't that much of an emergency so we declined and waited for his prompt arrival the next morning. He recognized the problems right away...(rusted-out cable - burned-out OLD Stanley motor - springs O.K. etc.)... explained and showed us the "broken bits" ....got our approval and went right to work...after two coffees he was done...gave us a tutorial on our upgraded opener (wireless)...smiled as if it was his money we spent and off he went! What a guy! Great professional service and product (Liftmaster). We're telling everyone about him and your company. Couldn't be more pleased!

I called in for a problem with my garage door motor not working.Having in mind it will be the motor has died , and it will cost me $$$$ to repair.The tech showed up on time and he was friendly and sincere when he evaluated the problem with a small part that needed replacement. He carried the part with him and it was replaced professionally and his price quote was so reasonable. Thank you for the Excellent and sincere job well done!
