good clean facility, modern equipment on the floor, my complaint is the lady's on front desk are very aggressive with fees, i was charged 45.00 dollars by them for demonstration and showing me how to use a 100.00 dollars power tooth brush that failed within one year, the second replacement tooth brush it too failed within 3 months of usage and to this date no refund. not a very good experience for me and i would not recommend there services to anyone.

Dr.Sheikh is always warm and friendly and his hygenists are amazing however the Front desk ladies (Trisha and Val) are extremely rude and arrogant. I have never had a good visit with them, they refuse to make eye contact and get irritated when asked questions. When asked to explain something they just repeat the same thing louder. At one occasion they had given me eye gestures that I do not appreciate. I have never had a pleasurable visit because a good customer experience starts as soon as you walk in, and these ladies have always been rude to me and my family. Its a shame that we may be switching dentists all because of immature staff.

I recently moved to Brampton and after months of hesitation of switching dentists, I finally had an emergency forcing me to go see one close by.. I went to 2 dentists in the area before I finally found Dr. Sheikh!!! WOW - is all I can say - his professionalism and his caring staff made me wonder why anyone would go anywhere else. On top of all, the treatment he performed was GENLTE - I FELT NOTHING - if you are looking for a dentist, look no further - go see Dr. Sheikh - you won't be disappointed.
