I called to have my 3 seat sofa cleaned and two small area rugs to be picked up. They quoted me for both on the phone but when they came ( Victor for rugs) and 2 others for the sofa, THE PRICE HAD CHANGED DRAMATICALLY! I cancelled the whole order.Their line was busy for over two hours so I could not verify what they had quoted me. When I challenged their quote, in person, Victor lied and said he had not told me what I had clearly written down. Do not deal with these people: they are extremely shady and unprofessional.
