The started a job and refused to finish it. We were left hanging with an uninstalled fireplace.nThe reason? Apparently we asked too many questions! We had an appointment scheduled for the final installation and my husband had taken the day off. I received a voice message the night before the appointment to inform me that they were not going to finish the job.nMy personal experience with this company was very poor. I found them to be very unprofessional and sloppy with the work that they did do. I would not recommend them at all!
