Dr. Elmaraghy is knowledgable, down to earth and has a sense of humour. I have tried to like him but each time I leave his office I feel more down than when I went in. After almost two years recovering from laser surgery and fillers to correct crater on nose and being told it would be about 80% better, he has actually said it looks worse than before the treatments. He points out various other things wrong with my face and consistently urges me to have other treatments done. I find him insulting and he often contradicts himself. Seems to talk down to me and I find that a bit arrogant. I am 64 and he has no idea the person I am or what I have dealt with in life.

Dr. M. Elmaraghy is a fantastic Plastic Surgeon with a caring demeanour and a great sense of humour. He listens to his patients goals and expectations and will provide an honest appraisal of possible surgical and nonsurgical treatment options. He educates his patients on realistic expectations and answers any question you may have regarding procedures. I would highly recommend him and the SpaSurgica staff!
