I received a call about cleaning my ducts in Ottawa and politely declined since they have already been cleaned. The guy called me back 3 times wanting my cell number to "be friends" uhhh excuse me !!!! that is totally creepy !!!! I m disgusted with the reps
will not tolerate harassing behaviour!!!! the only reason there is 1 star review is because I cannot post without rating this company

Just received another call from "John" at Classic Air Duct Services, again asked them to not call me and just reported them to the National Do Not Call list again.
I tried to reverse lookup their phone number 289-315-3928, with no luck at all. What does that tell you about this company!

Called me 5 min ago from 647-722-5427 and when asked where he was calling from, caller said Brampton, so I asked why he was calling me in Ottawa and how did he get my number. Told me his boss gave it to him and that his boss told him we wanted our ducts cleaned - in Ottawa. I asked if he had a local office and he said no. I said well why would I hire you to drive to Ottawa to clean my ducts? He claimed they are having a special and that they periodically drive to Ottawa to do business. Told him that didn't make any sense to me and for that reason I'm out!

Hired them to clean the ducts in my home, the ended up denting my heater, and breaking one of my windows! The guy said to send him the repair bill for the window and he'll pay for it, that was the last I ever heard from them, they are no longer answering my phone calls!

Duct cleaning, 3 floors, 20 months after construction I probably shouldn't have waited, but who knew that a newly-constructed house could have such dirty ducts. I do now. The 2-man crew did a great job. Their biggest challenge was reaching my furnace from the truck with their vacuum hose. They came back with a longer hose and figured out an access through the front and out the back of the garage and then in a basement window. These guys know what they're doing.
