We just had a great experience with Andrew as trainer. He asked us great questions that helped him pinpoint precisely why our Bailey was reacting negatively to friendly people. He used human examples to explain to us what Bailey was thinking, and then he clearly demonstrated the training methods we needed to use to fix the problem. This is a really important step because if you don't understand what to do, you'll never be able to teach your dog what to do! He followed up with a second visit to help us polish our technique, and also took two phone calls with more questions. Bailey is doing great. He is happier, more confident and he seems to like everybody so much better, including us. You should give Andrew a call!

My family and I had a very informative session with Andrew last week. The consultation was only about an hour long, but the value and amount of information we obtained in that one hour was astounding. He gave us some very simple steps to take in order to manage our puppy, and we have already seen an improvement.

I would recommend Andrew to anyone. Above all his talent rises his caring.

We got an in-depth understanding of the behaviours: the why's as well as the how-to's.
