I land between these two posts. This place is much different from all the places around the neighbourhood. It's done up nice, except for the vacant lot across the road, but that can't be helped.
The food and service were OK. The veal scalopinni dish was kind of tough. All this would have made me mark this place off as OK and maybe worth a second try, but when I saw the hair on my plate, that just turned me right off.
This place is not Centro, but even for the price we're paying, a hairnet would've made a valuable investment. It may be unfair and random, but I can not send someone to this restaurant for average food and have them come up with the same experience I did.
It's a small thing, but it's a dealbreaker. Points for the look of the place at least

I have become a big fan of Baldoria and I have frequented this restaurant several times with my family. We have tried several different items off the menu and have enjoyed fresh and flavorful meals without dissapoint. The servers and owners are always very friendly and attentive which make our visits' there very enjoyable. If you enjoy traditional italian food, that's fresh and satisfying, then Baldoria is a must try!!!!

I acknowledge Larry that different people have different experiences, and perhaps the owner has learned from his past mistakes since I last saw him. However, had you been subject to the shoddy and disrepectful service that I received, you would not be making such kind words.

This place looks nice from the outside. Inside though, the food is mediocre. When I went with my beau, I had the Insalata Mista, which was fine, but the stuffed chicken I had was salty. Service, though, much to be desired. Getting the owners to respond to your concerns in this place is an insurmountable challenge. Nothing but attitude. I've been to other places in Richmond Hill with better ambience and price, less attitude and salt.

I found this review to be unjust, I am a frequent customer and very much enjoy the atmosphere, food quality and service. As a Manager in Customer Service, I beleive that "a satisfied customer is a repeat customer" and I would have no problem reccomending this family-owned establishment to everyone.

I have met the owners. These people do not look like they are the arrogant type with attitude. In fact I would see them as the complete opposite. Not fair Charles. Its sounds very personal and if you are the same individual writing on other sites under Charles...then it must be you and not these people working hard to put food on their familys' table. Maybe you were having a bad day... I would recommend Baldoria...a family owned business with good food and terrific prices.

Odd statement to make, since some of the reviews listed under someone else named Charles were positive ones. Besides, customer service is personal service, and the owner (the male one, his wife was decent enough) of this establishment failed to deliver, and was a condescending ass to boot. On top of that, he roams around asking his buddies to bump up his reviews and uses the same taglines in each reviews. Much like yours Donatello. Anyway, I'm not obligated to support raising his kids. He delivered crappy service and only average to somewhat above average food. If he's hard done by to support his family, he should sell his BMW, poverty case that he is. So for fresh food on a family-owned restaurant, try Maestro's on Wilson Avenue in Toronto. They don't ding you there
