I ordered flowers to be delivered on Valentie's Day and I paid an additional $6 for "(Guaranteed - Business Day Delivery for Offices (before 3.30 PM)". All calls went unanswered after 3:30pm and the flowers didn't show up. The funny thing is that the delivery location was not very far from their place of business.
I'm not really concerned about whether they'll issue a refund or not. I'd rather charge it back anyways so they can pay the price for their bad Customer Service :)
I would avoid this place unless you want to be disappointed.

After accepting an order (almost $100), they failed to deliver flowers on Valentines day to my wife. Ruined the surprise and got me in the dog house with my wife.
No notification, no phone call, no way to get a hold off them.
Terrible service.

Let me tell you about my Valentines day experience with these guys. I ordered, booked and paid for my flowers on the 5th of Feb and also confirmed by phone to the sales guy that delivery is at an office downtown and please deliver before 4 as the offices close at 4.30..As a business and the busiest flower delivery day of the year any business would accomodate this special busy day and make sure deliveries are made on time.Offices are closed, my girlfriend left for home and guess what.. still no delivery. Tried calling a dozen times and nada..what if this was a funeral or wedding and they did not deliver???i wont use this store ever again ..you guys are as useless as they come..

They charged me for guaranteed delivery to my GF's office before 3:30pm. They didn't show up and all calls went unanswered. Thankfully my GF is a pretty understanding person. I'd never deal with this place again.

The bouquet for my daughter's wedding was wonderful. It was just what she wanted which was incredible because we handled everything on the phone with Yonge Florist Toronto. Being from another city we trusted Yonge Florist Toronto and we were not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone! Great people, great bouquet, great price, and great delivery. I ordered flowers recently for a birthday and it was quick and painless. Very competitive prices, beautiful arrangements. Website is very easy to use. My only complaint is that when I ordered flowers, the florist called and asked if she could make a substitution. It looks like they don't have every single flower in stock, but she was really pleasant so I did not mind. Great customer service. Try them!

It's always not easy to trust something very important to somebody who you don't know. When i first used Yonge florist in Toronto i was little bit worry as had previous negative experience with another florists. But so far I can say that this is the best flower shop i ever used. great flowers and prices really amazing. Free delivery is a good sign too.
