Our passion is to motivate and talk to the clients about the food and any emotion that comes with it. Anyone that tells you that Weight is a eating issue are very incorrect in making such a statement. Weight is a combination of a state of mind ( unhappy or stressful) and the food is used to medicate yourself to make you feel good. Therefore our job is to help you to get in touch with that side of the issue and make sense out of it. Our job is also to help change and modify behaviors when it comes to food. This program is guaranteed to make you lose the weight naturally and healthy. Our Companies main objective is for clients to lose the weight The program is broken down in three parts as follows: Weightloss, Stabilization and Maintenance. Once a client is finished with our program they will be strong enough to be able to maintain their weight on their own. This will be a lifestyle change. Our program has been approved by two local Doctors and we have a Nutritionist on staff. We also have a Certified Personal trainer. This company is AMAZING! I had done the Bernstein diet, where I was left border line diabetic, and I had done some other dieting on my own. Finally when I was fed up I found Weight Solution... It was my saving grace! So helpful and easy to follow. I love that you can have REAL food and there are little to none limitations! Restaurant and fast food allowed! Sound too good to be true? It isn't... If you are looking to lose some pounds and find a healthier you.. I'd suggest the company!
