Very poor customer service. Received no response to inquiries about products and services, and owner of the company conducted herself very unprofessionally by posting on a public social media site expressing anger(using very inappropritate language) directed at those people who didn't support her business and purchased items elsewhere. When I pointed out that she hadn't responded to my inquiry as a potential customer and this is why I had purchased accessories elsewhere, the owner proceeded to publicly attack my character and posted negative comments about my past relationships (which she has very limited knowledge of) and stated that I had wanted her to sell me items at a significant discount. That conversation never took place and was a complete lie (we hadn't discussed price at all, as the owner had failed to respond to my preliminary inquiry in any fashion, and her comments about my personal life were not only unprofessional but extremely un-called for. Have taken my business elswhere, and recommend that all others do the same. Definitely no way to run a business!
