I went in trying to lease a Toyota Matrix. I hadn't even agreed to lease the thing yet, and the salesman, whom I will not name, said he was gonna call his manager and tell him that we were excited and ready to lease a Matrix. Then he proceeded to PRETEND to make a phone call to his manager, explaining what was happening. It was totally asinine, and I was so embarassed for him I puked on the spot.
