Do not book them!!! Buyer beware!! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I booked 3 guys and a 26 foot truck and they showed up with 2 guys and the truck already had someone else's stuff in it. The guys they sent could barely lift any furniture so it took ages and my husband had to help with anything heavy. They didn't wrap anything and took no care loading so all my furniture was scuffed. They took massive gouges out of my wall and complained "you guys have too much stuff" even though they didn't need to mattresses, box springs or chairs, just a living room set and boxes.
They charged me extra time, and we ended up just unloading everything in front of the house and I had to call friends to help bring everything in. I was afraid my items would be held hostage if I didn't give them more money.

They took numerous breaks, were rude and unprofessional and tracked mud into my brand new house.

I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

They moved my neighbour in and they blocked our street and we asked them if they can move their truck cause I was driving my daughter to work..... They said "what about you help us" and after I ask them again and they told me to f**k off and they were laughing at us ..... So I went on Internet and I looked at their profil and they pretend to be BBB and there is an alert on BBB THAT THEY AREN'T BBB

Metro Moving helped answer all our questions at the time of the booking. On the day of the move they arrived on time and dressed with their company clothes, introduced themselves & began working. They took excellent care of all the furniture & fragile pieces & had rolled out carpet runners to keep my floors clean during the move. When they finished the move they helped us set-up our furniture as well & thanked us for the business. They had no hidden fee's, the time it took was the time they charged us for. We would definitely use these guys again.
