Thank you so much for your help! Firstly, when I called your number on Sunday morning I didn't expect someone to answer however you did. Your willingness to stay on the phone with me and offer some guidance was greatly appreciated. When a basement leaks, especially when it is behind finished walls, as a homeowner my mind was working overtime with what the problem could be. Your reassurance that your team could help was great.
When the two Rudy's arrived and did their inspection they were very quick to find the two areas that were leaking and the repair was done within a couple of hours and with minimal disruption to the finished walls. The pricing for the repair was exactly as you and I had discussed. No surprises!!!
Thanks again and, as much as I hope I never have to use your service again, I would call you if the need ever arises!
