This is the 2nd time I have moved with Budget City, again I was happy with the service they provided, nothing damaged or problems like that. I had recieved a few cheaper estimates from craigslist and kijiji guys but I prefer peace of mind over $50 extra. Insurance doesnt really go hand in hand with many craigslist guys with no website.

Dispatch underestimated my move by 50%. I recommend anyone who has a house that is 3 bedrooms and over to go with a company that has the proper equipment. With their 7 ton truck, which is not adequate for larger moves, they thought they could do my house in one day with one truckload, this turned out to be double at 2 truck loads and 2 days! They did not even give me a discount for charging me double. A lot of hidden fees also.

I am not entirely sure why this company has moving insurance. They make you sign your life away before moving basically giving them free reign to do anything with your belongings. 5 of my items were damaged and half of it was due to careless handling not even in the actual truck moving from A to B. One mover actually displayed unsafe work ethics by holding my tall shelf on a sloped driveway with one hand and lost control of it in front of me, thank goodness it did not fall on a car or even worse a person. I would recommend to anyone to pay more to get a better quality company to move your belongings.

I was really pleased with my movers. They showed up on time and got straight to explaining how and things were going to go. It was a long day going up and down stairs for these guys but they just kept going and really hard. I was impressed with their professionalism and effort. Thank you for a good experience and I will use you again!

I used Budget City Movers for a move just after xmas and was thoroughly satisfied with service from beginning to end. I had no issues throughout the day and the guys were quickly efficient.

All my stuff got to my new house safely wrapped and as it left.

Great Vancouver moving business, I would definitely use these guys again.

I have moved more than I have wanted to and have found it very hard to find a moving company as good as Budget City Movers. They offered me the best rate in town by price matching their competitors and then beating them. Not only did they give me the best price in town, but the move went off without a hitch and they even did extra disassembly and assembly of my beds at no extra charge. These guys are really great and I would recommend to anyone to give them a try.
