On Saturday I drove from the east side of Toronto to your location to find out you're closed on Saturday and Sunday.
With all due respect, in my opinion, this is incredibly pompous. I'm sure you get it, most people work during the week the exact hours you're open Monday to Friday, so unless I take a day off work, I can't use your services.
I'm certain you'll justify your decision to inconvenience your customers, but you're wrong in any business strategy I've ever been a part of.
I'll also bet I'm not the first to complain.

Had a really good experience at Dr Gill's office he gave me honest advice, an great eye exam and did not try to sell me an extra pair of glasses which I didn't need
