During the home inspection for our new home, the home inspector found vermiculite in the attic. He recommended that we get this material tested and we called LEAP (they came highly recommended through 2 contractors). Lily performed the testing and rather than just jumping up there and grabbing a bunch of samples, she wore a suit, mask, gloves and lay down a tarp to prevent the vermiculite from getting all over the place, it was pretty impressive. As it turned out, the vermiculite was "Zonolite", the kind that contains asbestos and she guided us through the whole process of picking a contractor and having it properly removed. LEAP performed the air clearance testing and we now live in our new home. We are so pleased with LEAP and the job they did that we would recommend them to anyone else facing the same issue.

I had planned to renovate my home that was built in 1961, but had heard that sometimes asbestos was used in a house that age. I contacted LEAP Management and Lilja performed a complete asbestos assessment of the home, including the attic. She was very thorough and found 4 materials that were asbestos-containing that should be removed before I do further renovations. I plan on using LEAP after we have those materials removed for an air clearance. She explained everything so thoroughly and eased all my anxieties, I would highly recommend LEAP.
