We had Orsan Air Services come to our home (Couple of months ago) and since it was our first time actually getting this service done we did not know what to expect! The technician was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was also very quick! He noticed an issue with our dryer vent (It was dripping because of a bad setup) and worked extra hard to clear up the issue for us. He even checked outside and cleaned the outside vent.
Our house smells great, dust levels are down and the furnace is not working as hard. We have also turned down the thermostat! I have recommended these guys to a couple of friends already.

very pleased with the work done by the technicians. friendly, informative and thorough. better business bureau members and competitive pricing. would highly recommend them for consideration. quotes done quickly over the phone. small clich when they accidently sucked up one of my jackets. no harm done. kind of humerous actually.

The kid who cleaned my ducts was clearly in a hurry and left my furnace in a dirty hazardous condition. Disappointed to say the least.

I recently used the Orsan Air Services business to clean my ducts and was extremely pleased by Taylor Hughes courteous service. He was a very hard working individual and represented the company as if it was hisown. I am sure Frank appreciates having this individual represent his company. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

Great service and super friendly, both Frank and Taylor. We just bought our house 2 months ago and could tell the ducts have never been cleaned before. We are happy with the results, and they are reasonably priced.

Meet you at K-W home show and enjoyed talking to Taylor with his down to earth knowledge of cleaning ducts. Our home is 24 years old and never had cleaned ducts even after home renevations. My wife kept saying should have done but kept putting off.
After cleaning and putting in new air filter we noticed much more air flow in the house. Service was great and spent much time getting all dirt clean-out, fun listening to items going through ducts to truck- boy you must find interesting items in dust bag!!
Air seams to flow much free-er now !!
Thanks for good service and highly recommend to others that this is now fly -by nighter operation, but one that goes out of there way to do the Best!

great service, and saved us money in the long run with a new filter that never has to be replaced and taping up any places where heat could escape through the ducts. the house smells really fresh and clean now too!

Frank.... just a quick note to tell you how impressed Lori and I are with the duct and furnace cleaning job. Taylor and Ian did an extremely thorough job. They were professional, courteous and clean. Taylor even patched up the
hole left when I removed my decrepid old humidifier. We are completely satisfied with the work and would not hesitate to recommend your services to friends and family. Thanks again. Hope to see you around the neighbourhood.
