Took my phone and battery and returned the phone without the battery nor back cover. So I have a useless phone.

I went in regarding a malfunctioning headset under warranty with samsung that I had purchased at this store. The sales person was a smart ass and rude. He did nothing to help me. So I used the in store phone to call telus. I explained the situation and she said he should have the receipt on file (he said he didnt). She asked to speak to him. He then explained to her how I would get it after telling me he didnt have it. So I asked him why he did not explain that to me. When I asked him that he hung up the phone with her and asked me to leave the store. I left but first told him where to go.

I went to the Telus store at Yonge and Eglinton last week to buy a skin for my blackberry.
I waited only a few minutes and when it was my turn, I asked if they had any skins for my type of blackberry... sure enough they had a bin beside the counter and they were on sale! :) I picked out 3 different colours :)

I have been looking for a battery for my boyfriends motorolla razor and thought maybe I should ask.. sure enough, they had the exact battery I was looking for!

All of the staff were just fantastic helping the customers that were there, gave detailed information to the girl beside me who was buying a blackberry, everybody was super happy and excited. The customer service at this Telus location is top notch.

Thanks so much Craig!! I love my new skins for my blackberry and my boyfriend was stoked to get his phone working again :)
