Ultimate Limo was awesome for my wedding. They had a great party bus with a wicked stereo and we had so much fun. The driver was super accommodating and professional.

I now use Ultimate for my rides to and from YVR.

I've used Ultimate Limo services for both bus and limo rentals, and I have never been disappointed. Last weekend I was in need of a large bus and their new 40 person, all black on black Mercedes was absolutely perfect. Our driver Henry was punctual (always important!) and gladly catered to my groups needs; music, temperature and the all so necessary mid-trip restroom break. The inside of this bus is literally brand new, with black interior highlighted by neon lights it was neither too dark nor too bright. Other than an area equipped with an ice box and holders for drinks, the best part of this bus is undoubtedly the speaker system. All in all, definitely recommend this service when travelling with a larger group.

They responded to all my emails. Great with communication. Only problem I had was they switched the wrong limo on the day of my wedding. My bride got my limo and my limo went to her house. Not a big deal but we had different pick up times which caused us a delay in our wedding. When I called the company I was told I was the one who made the mistake, even though I had email after email confirming my limo and time for pick ups at certain addresses. Last thing I wanted to do was argue on my wedding day about a limousine with a lady who couldn't accept her mistake. Would have used this company again in the future but the conversation on the wedding day left me sour and would not recommend them. Wedding in 2012.

I am very pleased with services I received with planning my event the customer service and email responses were clear and precise. I had a great experience with my driver he was tentative, polite and very helpful while we were pressed for time during photos. I would recommend ultimate limousine very clean vehicles!

I am a repeat customer with Ultimate limousine. We are extremely pleased with our services, very happy to say great things about them. I have booked my daughters graduation, several birthdays and anniversary events and than some. Now we have completed the next stages of our parenting and have planned a wedding for our daughter. We always receive seamless experiences with no disappointments.

The drivers are all pleasurable giving us over and above services. We can always count on email responses however our questions are usually specific to what we will require (never any mind reading involved for them)

We have changed vehicles and times several emails later with never any confusion, always understanding were not the only events they will ever book.

I would continue to highly recommend them and than some!

Ultimate Limousine made my birthday.... We had reservations a Nightclub but then there was a mix up between one of my friends who made the guestlist and the club promoter so we got to the club and were turned down. We didn't know which club we would be able to get in because downtown was packed. but then our driver came up to us and asked what had happened. We told him the story and he told us to wait while me made some calls, a few minutes later he told us he can get us into Caprice nightclub without a line up and no cover.. We were so happy and we had a wicked time at the club. After the night was over he picked us up and dropped us off home safely.. I will always be using Ultimate Limousine from now on....

My Friends and I rented the Escalade Limo for our buddies stag. Went to the casion..... got kicked out... luckly our driver was kind enough to pick us up and hook up a club through one of his buddies. We would be lost if it wasnt for our drive Ryan.... Two Thumbs Up BUDDY!!

I just wanted to send you a quick note and advise you that I had the best customer service by a gal on the phone just now when I called your office. I was reluctant to call due to the fact that I have changed my limousine times twice before and now had to do it again.



When I called, Roberta, put me at ease and was extremely friendly. She was quick to check my booking and change it to my new time without any negative feelings.
