From poor communication to bad quality we have been put through a nightmare with what was supposed to be our dream pool and would never recommend this company

I would first like to say congratulations on the continued success Simply Pools and Spa team have done. From when I first met Vince back in 2014 to current it has always been a very positive experience. I had a problem with my heater 6 years old so expected, Joe answered my messages, came even when I wasn't home to do the repair as I was surprised and was more than fair with the price. Glad to see business' grow with their clients and in keeping with the same service not just because you had a pool installed but because they care about their clients. Keep it up and I will be with you for many years to come. Thanks again Joe, Vince, Chris and Aprile. always a pleasure to deal with.

Hi I am thinking about getting a pool, but can anyone tell the amount of days it took to finish the pool? Based on every thing else it seems 5 stars!

"The summer of 2010 began with a languid heat radiating under a burning sun. My husband was unable to take any vacation time and I was left wondering if I could cope alone at home on my holidays when it was too hot to be outside. So, I drew the shades, cranked the air conditioning and hunkered down with my laptop to research inground POOLS. Yes, I wanted a POOL and I wanted it in two weeks. But, I didn't want just any POOL it had to be inground, fibreglass and saltwater. We met with Vince and Joe of Simply Pools in early August and yes, two weeks later, I was swimming in my beautiful backyard POOL. I have never been involved with a project of this scale and my friends all had terrible experiences that they were dying to share. SIMPLY NO PROBLEMS-- we had a great time. Everything is beautiful and I am so pleased to recommend Simply Pools!!"

when we decided to take the plunge and get a pool, we believed it was going to be a huge under taking! But when we met Joe and Vince, it made the process as simply as their business name! simlpy easy and fun! Great guys who are very patient and efficient. They were on time and on sight for every step of the way! we thank you for all your help!

Very very pleased with Simply Pools & Spas. Went to the Home Show in Toronto and the next thing I knew Simply Pools (Vince & Joe) were at the door. There was no hard pressure sales tact. They were a delight to work with. With the exception of the weather everything went very smoothly. Vince and or Joe were always keeping in touch either by email or phone. When work was scheduled for the day Vince and or Joe were always there. I would recomend Simply Pools & Spas to anyone who asked. Thank you Vince & Joe of Simply Pools & Spas
