I used to work in the concrete business, back in the day, so I have a basic understanding of when a concrete company's doing the right thing in the right way. I waited for the winter to end to review the job Freehold did for me, re-pouring a sidewalk approach last July. It's survived the winter beautifully, and my wife and I couldn't be more pleased.
They used above-spec concrete mix (4500 psi instead of the 3000 psi stuff most others use, which makes it a LOT safer to pressure-wash the concrete should the need ever arise), and it was obvious watching their forming work that they'd thought about the job and how to make it work for us.

After obtaining 4 quotes to have our concrete driveway replaced and our Garage lip restored last summer we chose Freehold. We were impressed by Dylan and his team from the very start of the process.Very professional to deal with,Always quick to respond to any question or request.

Requested quotes from six companies. Freehold was the only one to respond promptly.
Quote was very competitive. Work was planned well and the finished product looks great. Clean up could have been better.

We found Dylan and his employees to be very friendly and professional. Were so pleased with the garage pad, we then asked them to pour a stamped concrete patio. Since we had never done this before, Dylan made some suggestions as to color. We are so pleased with the way it looks.
I would definitely reccommend Freehold for your concrete work.

Dylan was doing some work for a neighbour so we took a chance and asked for a quote to widen our driveway and do a small front patio. Dylan advised that their quoted price would be their final price and he was as good as his word. The work was performed and completed as contracted, on time. The finished product has met and exceeded our expectations. We are definately planning to work with Dylan again. We recommend Freehold highly.

I hired Freehold Construction to brake up and pour a new cement sidewalk at my residence in Shawnessy. Overall it was a great experience dealing with the owner and his people - very open and forthcoming with detailed answers to all my questions. The company has been on time and on budget, as agreed, and the work was performed at the highest standards. After seing their work, two of my neighbours hired Freehold for similar jobs and they seem just as satisfied as I am with the results.

Freehold employees showed up on time for the quote and the job and did exactly what I wanted within the timeframe estimated and for the price quoted. They were polite and professional throughout, which is important to me as my properties are tenant occupied. I am very happy with the facelift that their concrete work gave to the "curb apeal" of that aging property and I am planning to have them do a couple more jobs for me this summer. I deal with a lot of contractors and my experience with Freehold was definitely one of the better ones!

When we met Dylan at Freehold we knew right away that he was the contractor for our extensive project. He was prompt with our estimate, answered every question we had plus additional information that proved great.
At the end of the day, Value is what was delivered to us from Freehold Construction. Our concrete work is beyond beautiful and was completed cleanly and in a professional and timely manner as promised by Dylan Murray the day we met him.

Inconsistant information. Hostile. Couldn't follow requests. Ended up with a dyed sidewalk with obvious light splotches in numerous places. Good formwork and employees; however, the negative experiences outweighed the positives.

(Owner) Was upset to not meet expectations. We have an extensive list of thrilled customers. Was the first in six years of private contracts to have a negative experience. Seven months of back and forth emails (23), free quotes, and countless polite phone calls for a 100sqft sidewalk. Sometimes in business customers cannot be satisfied.
