I was there today at 417 Suzuki, smoked a cigarette and was walking around my car before my appointment , I remember putting my foot on the front passengers tire and pushed on it a few times to see if there was some play in it or a small noise. I never seen the roofing nail in the side wall of the tire, but when they looked at another part behind the tire, the kid came out and said that I had a nail in the side wall. I thought nothing of it and said oh well, construction sites. But now I think of it, it was my wife's car and it never seen a construction site. Comming to think of it now, seeing where the nail was. In the side wall almost half way up, I most definitely would have notices it when I was smoking my cigarette. I do believe that the nail was put there by them. So, I called the dealer where I bought the car just a few weeks ago, and they will take care of it, they want the old tires back, so, I called 417 Suzuki and let them know to keep them, and I will pick them up on my next appointment as they said they would hold them for me for a week. I'll keep you posted on thier honesty and integrity. And if "they find any more problems that I have not noticed" little will they know my dealer will have a once over before I take it in for warranty work. To see if they indeed help themselves to our wallets.

Beware 417 Suzuki. I've been through the service department 3 times in less than 3 weeks for an intermittent problem (reverse doesn't work) on a 2010 vehicle that I purchased here (less than three weeks ago). Murray Malamud (General Manager) personally observed the problem, as did a technician, yet I still have no resolution. Don't get burned like I did, take your hard earned money elsewhere.
