The most God-awful outfit (of any kind) I've ever dealt with. Contact them, they ignore you. Ask them a simple question/to explain something, and they treat you like you’re hugely inconveniencing them (if they deign to respond at all, that is). Call them up, and they cut you off to talk over you instead of listening, and give you pathetically transparent excuses for why they haven’t done that simple thing they were supposed to have done two weeks ago, like “We’ve been busy” or “Well, we did email you…” followed by “We’ve had a problem with our email for a while”. Just ludicrously rude and willfully inept, from the front-line employees to Sharon herself; this is a fish that’s rotted from the head down. Sharon inherited the business from her daddy; she never had to work for it, and it shows. God forbid you should ever have to deal with them for anything more than the occasional administrivia: I wouldn’t wish Sharon or her “team” on anyone, let alone anyone who’s already having to deal with the stress and trauma of an event like a break-in or car accident – talk about piling misery on top of misery. My brother left them because they insinuated he was lying about his car being stolen (the police report begged to differ). After my parents left them, also due to dissatisfaction, Sharon’s office sent them a holiday card thanking them for their business. The fact they apparently weren’t even aware my parents had left their agency is a perfect example of the level of care and attention to detail you can expect from Sharon and co.
