this company is rude and will not provide information about orders placed without being contacted numerous times. I ordered something 4 months ago and only JUST got a refund after a rude email saying, with very poor grammar, that the manufacturer has told them no shipments this year. They still have the item listed as "available" and interestingly, I can get these elsewhere so why can this company not get shipments? It's a lie.
