Recently purchased a new patio set. Staff was very polite and helpful. Delivered on time and set up. Had a problem with the umbrella - was fixed the next day .... great customer service. I shopped around at other high end stores and discount places - i was pleased with the deal I received a Patioland.

Ok, here's the deal. I've wanted a tub for a long time, and life finally presented an opportunity for me to buy one. Respecting the amount of money that this was going to cost me, I swore that I'd educate the hell out of myself and weed my way thru the consumer nonsense. I had a plan and I was certain I was going to be an exceptional shopper.

Then I started reading reports on the internet. The further that I tried to educate myself, the further frustrated I got. The hot tub market is largely unregulated and severely cut throat. Dealerships troll forums and by the time I got to the end of a thread, it was plastered with bias salesmen arguing over whose tub is better and blah blah blah. Granted I learned some things about pumps, horse power, and accessories, but I didn't feel that I was any further ahead.

So then I started walking into stores. I picked my top 4 brands and went to talk to the sellers. It didn't take me long to realize that I wasn't interested in balloons and "final weekend sale" signs, and large radio advertising boards, with hopes of sending me to Las Vegas if I just put a deposit down today. I also wasn't interested in salesmen bashing their competitors, while brandishing sly grins and head shakes. I'm a business owner and was turned off by it.

When I walked into PatioLine, I met Laurie. Explaining my situation, my budget, and my frustration with the market, she casually told me that she didn't care if I bought one of her tubs. After the 3 ring circuses I'd already attended, she had my curiosity. With the professionalism of a fortune 500 executive, she laid out her reasoning for Calderra Spas. The why's, the how's, the do's and the don'ts. When I walked out the store 1/2 hour later, my gut new that this was the right choice for me, but she encouraged me to keep shopping. So I did. And I rolled my eyes while doing it. So a couple of days later I went back to PatioLine. That's when I met Les.

If Laurie had me on the line, Les reeled me in. If his level of expertise wasn't enough, his sincere, unpressured nonchalance was the proverbial straw. He made it so easy for me make my decision to go with a Calderra tub. He also didn't really care if I purchased from him or not. His confidence in his repeat customers and referrals was all he needed. He didn't know me. I didn't know him. And he simply shrugged.

So that was 5 months ago. My tub has been fantastic and PatioLine has done everything that they said they'd do. I call them any time I want for advice, and they happily lend it. They're honest about the chemicals and what is necessary and what is not necessary. You DON'T need 1 of every bottle on the shelf! The installation was easy and the support, after the fact, has been exemplary.

If you are uncertain about your tub choice, stop it, and go say hi to Les and Laurie. Top shelf service and super low pressure conversations await you.

Oh, and one other point of note: I own an insulation company and have just a little understanding of R Values, K Values, and how to keep hot water hot. I know I made a good choice with Calderra.

My wife and I bought a beautiful Teak patio set for our deck from Patio line last summer. We were really impressed with the quality and workmanship that went into it. Patioline is an amazing store, they have an impressive variety of quality merchandise. Besides the Teak furniture, they have a great variety of garden accessories. To my peril I’m afraid the store has turned into my wife’s favourite place to shop. The staff are great, very knowledgeable, friendly, and no high pressure sales, which I appreciate. Thanks Patio line for your great service.

I have been a customer of this shop for years! I was so tired of constantly buying new crappy patio furniture that either didn't last or looked like junk form a yard sale a year after I bought it....

That is when I found this little gem of a store. They have the most beautiful high quality teak furniture you could imagine, and let me tell you, it lasts and looks beautiful all year around! I leave it out all year and wipe it down in the spring, that's it! Beautiful.

The owners, Les and Marie, are strait forward kind of people, they tell you like it is for all your questions, and I appreciate that.

Great store, great products, great people!
