I recently purchased a new warehouse for commercial use, and needed to get the floor levelled before I began a big custom renovation of the space. Shopped around a bit, until I spoke to Precision Marble and Tile, and new I found my guys for the job. They assured me that they have a lot of experience with floor levelling, and recommended that I use drypack over the cheap mesh and scratch coat method. Only the skilled guys that have been doing this for a long time, use the drypack method. He explained that this way the quality and lifetime of the tiles will be much better and will ensure a straight floor. Truly experienced and professional crew, with a lot of knowledge and expertise. I would highly recommend hiring Mario and his guys.

I had a very tough deadline for these guys when it came to porcelain tile installation for my commercial unit that was due to open in 2 weeks. They had a week to finish and clean up, and this included levelling, as well as installation. Finding an expert tile installer is not an easy task. I learned this lesson the hard way. I needed to get my basement floor levelled before I could renovate my entire basement. I hired one of the first companies I spoke to and they assured me that they will be done the task in 2 days. They showed up without much equipment and it raised my concerns. As soon as they started to work, I was could see that they were not professionals, as they kept arguing about what step has to be next. My buddy told me that Mario and his crew use the dry pack levelling method, and this is the method used by old school, skilled tile installers only. I am a real-estate agent and had a home for sale that needed the bathrooms to be re-done. All of the old tiles had to be removed, and I wanted to increase the value of the property by installing some high-end, light coloured tiles to make the bathrooms look bigger and better. While searching for a tile Installation company, I came across a few rude companies on the phone, until I finally spoke to Precision. They were very accommodating and nice. I needed to get some travertine tiles installed in my kitchen, but had a strict timeline and a tight budget. Owner of a commercial unit in Markham, I wanted to give my bathrooms a new, fresh look. After consulting with Precision Tile, I went ahead with the larger slate tiles for 2 of my bathrooms. The slate tiles had some nice colour to them and really made the bathrooms look more alive. Paul’s team arrived to install them. They had to waterproof one of the floors, as my employees use the washing station there, all the time. The entire job took them a week to complete, and the quality of work was very high. Mario promised me, that he and his crew would handle this job, and they did. The kitchen looks incredible, the work was done right on time, and they cleaned up very well. Owner of a commercial unit in Markham, I wanted to give my bathrooms a new, fresh look. After consulting with Precision Tile, I went ahead with the larger slate tiles for 2 of my bathrooms. The slate tiles had some nice colour to them and really made the bathrooms look more alive. Paul’s team arrived to install them. They had to waterproof one of the floors, as my employees use the washing station there, all the time. The entire job took them a week to complete, and the quality of work was very high. They cleaned up very well before leaving the site, which really impressed me. The bathrooms look very beautiful now, and I am proud to have customers stop by my bathroom now.
