I would like to share with You how happy I am with the service and the quality of the staff at Petsmart on millennium especially theThe manager who’s been there for 17 years. She is extremely knowledgable friendly and very approachable. I highly recommend coming to Petsmart and only would hope that all stores could follow the high-qualityOf customer service

My Mom called me on Saturday very upset as Wyatt (our family dog) had the diarrhea. I told her to go to PetSmart and ask if they sell something to settle his stomach and get rid of his diarrhea.
She called PetSmart to inquire if they had this type of product. The person she spoke with was very helpful so my Mom got in the car and headed up to PetSmart.
She said that the person that she was speaking with at the store was so helpful and she couldn't have been happier with their customer service. The medicine apparently tastes like vanilla it was added to some rice and Wyatt just loved it :)
Mom called me this morning to say that Wyatt is feeling so much better!~ no diarrhea and she will now go to PetSmart next week to get Wyatt's nails trimmed and wander around the store to see all of the products they offer.
