I received terrible service from rob, he charged me more than what was agreed upon in our agreement. Every time I tried to get in touch with him to tell him he would decline my calls and only have me communicate with my trainer. He has an attitude and still hasn't returned the money after I cancelled the training.

I hired Trainers on site and was very very disappointed with everything. The scheduling is a joke and you basically need to quit your job to make it work for them. They promised to provide an app to track workouts so you can use it on your own but that never happened even after 1 yr and asking weekly. The trainers are very in experienced and dont provide any motivation or quality in their service. Another family member tried there service as well and let there remaining session go to waste as the service provided nothing but headaches. They dont bring any equipment and arranging times to meet is more of a workout then what they provide. If you like running on a spot and doing push ups and sit ups then there the service for you. The cost is extreme and there so called contract is strictly a large money grab. Rob Foster is the owner and is never in touch after the initial visit to get your CC number. I strongly dont recommend this service to anyone, anywhere. Its really just a scam. AVOID or it will cost you huge $$$$.

Rob Foster and his staff are extremely informative and helpful. They really put a lot of effort into every client and I am happy to say that they helped me reach goals that I hadn't been able to reach on my own for nearly 20 years!
