The Gibson Centre was a spectacular venue to host a Wine & Cheese. After reviewing our options with Kristan, from the Gibson Centre, we concluded that the front foyer was the best place to host the 100-person event. Custom Catering, the in-house caterer, was excellent to work with and helped me to select a menu that suited the needs of my group and was within my budget. On the day of the event, the service was spectacular and my guests are still raving about the food and beautiful venue! I look forward to hosting future events with Custom Catering at the Gibson Centre.
