This storage facility is so clean. They have many different size lockers. The staff is so helpful. I was dealing with the assistant manager Raymond. He works with you to get you the best value for your dollar especially in this economy. If you are in need of a storage unit check out access storage located in the Martin Grove and Rexdale area (north Etobicoke ) ask for Raymond

I can't thank Sandeep and Ray at Access Storage Rexdale enough for their help! I was having some issues with my payments, and they were so incredibly patient and understanding. They didn't just rush me off the phone; they actually took the time to sit down, look into my account, and help me get everything sorted out. It’s rare to find people who actually care and go the extra mile like they do. If you need storage and want to work with a team that has your back, go see them at 270 Rexdale Blvd

They seemed great to deal with at first, but my experience quickly changed when I noticed my monthly rate jump from $129 to $237. When I called, I was told by a male employee that I had been on a promotional rate that had expired. I explained that I was never made aware of this and asked if the promo could be extended for another month, but I was abruptly told no.

This rate increase and the expiration of the promo were never explained to me when I signed up. I even made notes of the agreed amount at the time. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to offer any help afterward left me feeling taken advantage of. A little honesty upfront or even a bit of empathy in handling the situation would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, what could have been a chance to show great customer service was completely missed.

Melissa, what can i say? She was amazing. I was running late and she stayed a few minutes back to support my wife and I after we were screwed over by UHaul and allowed us to complete our registration with Access Storage Rexdale. We wish her all the best and hope she is appreciated!
