He works with you to get you the best value for your dollar especially in this economy. They seemed great to deal with at first, but my experience quickly changed when I noticed my monthly rate jump from $129 to $237. When I called, I was told by a male employee that I had been on a promotional rate that had expired. I explained that I was never made aware of this and asked if the promo could be extended for another month, but I was abruptly told no.

This rate increase and the expiration of the promo were never explained to me when I signed up. I even made notes of the agreed amount at the time. The lack of transparency and unwillingness to offer any help afterward left me feeling taken advantage of. A little honesty upfront or even a bit of empathy in handling the situation would’ve gone a long way. Unfortunately, what could have been a chance to show great customer service was completely missed.

What can I say about this locations. The stuff is incredible. I was running late the day I got the storage unit and they stay late over half an hour to help me out. Huge space with easy access to all storages. I wanted to thank specially Melissa, she is great professional and took care of me as I change units last minute(again). I would recommend anyone who is looking for storage to look no further then this locations because they highway is next to it, Melissa thank you to you and your team! :).
