Poor quality tint and workmanship. Don damaged my car by putting his water bottle and roll of paper towel on my truck...left swirl marks on the paint job. Don refuses to acknowledge that he damaged my paint. To make matters worse, three weeks later, my car had a flat tire. The tire shop removed one of iTint's snap off blades (use to cut tint) out of my tire.

Never going back to iTint.

iTint is truly a talented shop. Don, the owner and tint specialist, is always on the go, and always super busy, but always finds time to answer all your questions or concerns. Had my 2009 Elantra Touring re-tinted by his shop. His guys took care of removing the old tint, and Don did the new tinting himself. This guy makes it look like a work of art. At one point, I saw him on his cellphone, and tiniting a Toyota Camry at the same time, with flawless precision. His hands were flowing like water on this tint. I wanted to take a video, but I thought I may freak him out! LOL, Don, thank you for the fantastic job on my car! Will come back to you if I ever get another car!

I don't know about the complainers here, but I had a small issue on my back window (from the removing of the tint process, there was some glue left over, they couldn't see it at the time until it hardened, which was after the new tint applied), and within seconds after showing Don, he booked me a new appointment to bring the car back in and he'd take care of it. I dropped off the car, he dropped me off at work, and when it was done, he sent his guy to pick me up. You can't get better service than this, unless it's a car dealership!

Rush job. Took my Audi back into shop twice to get bubbles and scratches fixed and even then it was mediocre. Don't believe Don when he tells you his tints are the same as the more expensive ones. Fork out the extra cash. I was fooled by the "Good reviews" on here. Handed me business cards and expected me to hand them out to my friends and family after all the time wasted in the shop. Didn't even refund a portion of the costs for my time. Never coming back.

Its easy to be nice to get a sale, but Don does a great job even after the tint is done with answering questions and trying to fix any defects. Excellent after-sales service, always a pleasure to deal with.
