Thank you so much to all the staff who helped us at various stages of this process. We were moving my aging inlaws out of their house into an apartment. Many of these things had sentimental value and were fragile. The staff that packed and unpacked were wonderful. I set up most of my move with Miracle online which was a first. I checked out there website just to get some info and a chat bar popped up on my screen. I thought it was some sort of ad at first but then I realized it was a real person. I asked a bunch of question without even picking up my phone. Got ball park rates, and detailed packing info. I finally called to set it up. So much more convenient than calling for basic info then realizing you have more questions so you call back and then get a voicemail. Aaargh the booking process with some of the movers I called before was a pain. They won me over by making things simple. Getting from Toronto to Barrie and having help both pack and unpack. This was easily one of my best moving experiences. It wasn't cheap by no means but it was most certainly worth the price to not be stressed out by everything half as much.

I hired this company to load my rental truck that I decided to drive cross country to save some money. Boy am I happy I had the help, while driving is not so bad loading this truck would have been a nightmare. The men shrunk, wrapped all of the items and stacked them perfectly. There was zero space left on that truck. Could not have done it without them, stand up people.

Andre and Dima were the two that showed up to my house for the move today. They were polite, on time and very efficient. I was very appreciative on how they handled my antique furniture, some of which was quite heavy. The move went smoothly and they were quite willing to make adjustments as to where I wanted items placed. I most definitely would recommend Miracle Movers in the future to my family and friends and use them again if necessary. Even my dog liked them and they, in return, liked the dog. We recently moved our office to a nearby location. It was a big job with no shortage of large and very heavy items, narrow passages, glass surfaces and stairs. We initially chose Miracle Movers because they were the quickest company in providing us with a site visit and an estimate and we were ultimately very impressed with their crew and professionalism. They arrived early with two trucks and completed a sizable move in less than the time anticipated. Drago was the Crew Chief and he is truly great. Very organized, experienced and helpful. Miracle are very lucky to have him. His team: Alex, Vlad, Mike and Serge were second to none. We found all the guys to be extremely professional and courteous. They were a seasoned team of professionals, trained and experienced. I would highly recommend them to anyone moving to a home or an office. You will not be disappointed.

He let me know of all the extras (insurance, stair fee); there were no surprise charges on moving day. How would you rate your crew overall? Excellent – they could not have been better workers or more pleasant. Was your crew careful? They were very careful with my things. There was a single broken plate, and that was because of my inferior packing skills – not the moving men!” Was your crew courteous? Yes very polite. Was your crew efficient? They worked quickly but carefully. They were even helpful in terms of furniture placement. In some rooms I envisioned the furniture a certain way, and they could tell it would not fit or would obstruct a closet. Miracle Movers were amazing. Fast, friendly and realistic price and time estimates. The movers showed up on time and were so swift! They moved a ton of my stuff, including bigger items, in less than 3 hours, when it would've taken my friends and I 6 hours or more. They also were able to fit a large couch through my front door, at a very acute angle. This is something I wouldn't have been able to work out on my own, so I probably would've just had to get rid of it. I like my new apartment, so I'm hoping not to move anytime soon, but if I ever need to move again, I'm calling you.

Amazing moving company! Had to move out of my place suddenly and decided to call them since I was referred by a friend. They answered my request promptly and were there the next morning ready to move my things. The entire crew was so friendly and easy going. Never once did I get a bad vibe from any of them. I have plenty of fragile things that they took such great care of. Not one thing was broken and the whole move only took a few hours. Could not be happier with this company. Highly recommend!

I had a very streamlined, pleasant experience with this company. I was moving my 3 bedrooms home. In my opinion, the move was very simple and every company I called was making it very confusing. Miracle Movers seemed to have the only concise outlook on everything. I got a labour rate and an all-inclusive package and I was done! The men that showed up were very professional and courteous. The only difference in my final bill was some discounted overtime because I forgot to mention some things in my home. This is a temporary move and I will definitely use their services again.

I like the way these guys move. They gave me an accurate estimate in a proper manner with all the layouts and inventory taken into consideration. The price came in about an hour under, nice surprise!!! Efficiency chown all the way through from communication to the office to the last box placed and reassembly completed. Our past moving experiences have been ... acceptable at best ! Gary Replied to my emails promptly and arranged an inspection of my apartment at my convenience. After looking around and taking notes, emailed me a quote that was very competitive and even agreed on my moving date. His group of 3 arrived on time and were all very polite and hardworking. They finished the job 2 hours earlier than estimated. Drago knows his stuff and is on top of his game. We had a big sofa that needed to go thru a narrow stairwell that turned 90 deg to the basement. I don't know if it was magic, but it was not just physically possible to fit that sofa there. In fact I already suggested it probably had to go to the garage. Next thing I know the sofa was already set in front of the basement tv and he had this no sweat smirk on his face. :) Moving is hard for us mortals and Drago and his crew made it easy, and at a very good and fair price. If you're moving soon, ask for a quote from Miracle Movers. They will not disappoint you!

I always thought moving companies weren't any good. Then I hired Miracle Movers which completely changed my mind. I got a hint of their efficiency when I called them first. Their customer service was very helpful and prompt. Their quote was unbeatable. The best part of their service was the movers. They were so punctual and efficient. Wow is all I can say. The crew that came out to my house detailed the entire move out just like their manager told me was going to happen. I never write reviews but the fact that they carried out my relocation with such precision deserved to be talked about. The knowledge shown by the movers led me to believe that they had been in the industry for a number of years now and this was both refreshing and reassuring for me. We moved from a 2 bedroom apartment with limited furniture but with lots of books and general contents. We received a quote by an email which was also confirmed by Drago who visited our apartment. They packed everything one day before and it took them 4 hours.Everything was properly packed and protected and boxes were labelled. The move was performed by 2 good guys.They were polite and provided us with a real service. Also they were very well equipped by the company With tools, pack supplies and covers which were used on the mattresses which came complimentary. The whole packing and relocation was a very pleasant and reassuring experience and I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Contacted Miracle Movers about two weeks prior to our move, Gary was great. They moved some unusually heavy and large items for us at the end of a very long day and had a great attitude, were well prepared to move all items safely in every sense of the word, and worked efficiently. I appreciate that they were willing to go the extra mile moving one very large treadmill up a flight of tight stairs. Definitely recommend it.

They moved my daughter Alexandra from her apartment in Downtown Toronto to a new complex just a block away. They were fabulous! They packed up a lot of her stuff, dismantled the bed, wrapped up everything very securely and moved it to her new apartment. They then unpacked everything and reassembled her bed and placed the furniture where we wanted it - and didn't mind when I asked if they could move some book cases around as I didn't like where I'd initially had them place them. Very personable and enjoyable to talk with them - didn't make us feel rushed or anything. Very helpful with packing and moving her stuff - I mention this as we've had movers in the past that were impatient and rude. These guys are great and I cannot recommend them enough! If you are moving you need to have these guys do the move for you.

The 3 movers (headed by Mike) were amazing. The piano was loaded and unloaded quickly and very carefully. This item was a special and sentimental gift to our family, and we appreciated the care the men showed throughout the process.
