When I purchased my new house last year i bought all of my appliances from Kitchenaid. I was happy to know that i was getting a top name brand appliances which offer high quality and service. Now just a little under a year later that decision as turn out to be my worst nightmare. My family and i are now going more than 2 weeks without a refrigerator, as all of a sudden it just stop working. I lost more than 60% of the items that were inside, plus the inconvenience of having a family of 5 and no refrigerator. I called the service department and have to wait more than 1 week for a technician to visit my house for 20 minutes. He told me he was there only for a test and that he would be back the next day. I called him a few days later only to be told that he ordered the parts and will have to wait until it's delivered. he offered no timeline on when this part and repair will be completed. As stated above it's now 2 weeks that my family and i have to be going through this situation. As a paying customer i am very disappointed with the way Kitchen Aid service department treated my family and i. They is current no follow up from them since day 1. I would not recommend my enemy to shop for there products in the future.

Recently purchased my Sub Zero, Wolf Duel Range, Mielé Dishwasher, Sharp Drawer Microwave, Marvel wine fridge, Wolf toaster and Blender from Best Brand and if it wasn't for the stellar service I received from Anna and Jay I would have settled for a lesser brand. Support they gave my wife and I through a stressful renovation from working with the manufacturer and receiving the customer service which is on another level.
Because of their constant communication and going beyond the call they now have us as customers for life.

Marc was incredible. I contacted best brand appliance inquiring about a sub zero package and right away he explained all the promotions and provided me with pricing. I came to see him in the show room after visiting a few other places and instantly Marc helped guide me right away and helped get the right appliances. Very Expensive. Very rude staff they don't know how to talk to their customers. If you talk about price match they roll their eyes on you their behaviour change right way. Very very poor customer service. Try to sell you old models

I purchased my oven before renovating my kitchen (I was told to buy the appliances first, so the designer could design around them) so Best Brand had to hold onto it. They were more than accommodating and reasonable.
Small issue with the delivery (not their fault) but they made it right.

This is a horriable product had my freezer and refigerator for less then two year and have had nothing but trouble the service people have been at my house 11 times for repairs not to mention the time i had to book of work. It has been a nightmare and they never just said ti us we will replace it. Finally after battles we got our freezer replaced with another one that was demaged. The electric plugg was broken and a big deep scratch in the inside.
We are just so angry that we are considering legal action at this time.

I recently visited the woodbridge appliances store and i couldn't believe the service I received. From the moment I walked in I got greeted by a gentleman named Albert. He definitely knew his stuff. I was very much interested in the washer and dryer package and wasn't sure what brand to go for so Albert recommended the Electrolux. He said that he has this machines and his wife loved them. He also introduced me to one of the owners of the best bran appliances and they welcomed me. I ended up purchasing the Electrolux washer dryer and I'm super happy with the pair.
Thank you so much Albert and Best Brand Appliance. I will definitely be back for other appliances at this store.
