Bought a custom made chandelier over 3000$ , was told delivery time is 2weeks, it prolonged to over 3 months, I try contacting PL by phone and email, couldn’t get them, leave messages , never return my call .
After multiple emails and calls, I finally received the chandelier, shocked and frustrated to discover that the hanging wires that hold the bulbs were mixed with 2 different colours light gold and silver , there was one broken wire that attached to a bulb and the chandelier was not adjust for the 20ft ceiling .
I return it, the 2 colour and the broken wire was fixed but the chandelier was not adjusted.
I contacted Premier Luminaries, was told that the Fixture can be adjusted on sight .
Was not an easy task, had to pay a professional to adjust it , the irony is I order a custom made but still had to pay to get it adjusted.
I DO NOT recommend purchasing fixtures from PL .

Bought a custom chandelier last year from premiere and needed to replace one glass that our cleaning lady broke. My order was ready promptly and cost was minimal. Thank you for great service btw we really love the chandelier.

Purchased 3 single globe lights which had a unique look and were reasonably priced considering their style. However the three lights were very uneven in brightness. Repeatedly contacted Premiere who were going to send new bulbs, investigate problem in their workshop, etc, all with no resolution or even any follow up calls. Result is $420 worth of lights that look great turned off but poor when turned on.
