Keramin delivery staff (Daniel) did an excellent delivery job today. Daniel carried the tiles and the materials from the van into the garage carefully and safely. He placed them nicely close to the wall. He explained each item and asked if I have any questions. He showed positive attitude when doing his job and demonstrated excellent customer service.

Bought our bathroom tiles and delivery in spite of extending delivery date! when tiles did finally arrive it was incomplete. Contacted store and guy at store keep giving me the run around about getting tiles. Even if you decide to still shop there and they mention on calling you back for what ever reason..Don't hold your breath!!
To add to misery I had to return unused items I purchased, low and behold it took over two weeks to process my refund when they...constant calling and waiting on zero call backs....Save yourself the agony..go shop somewhere else where you are considered a value customer......

We ordered washroom tiles from keramin and our first shipment was delievered a couple days after we ordered, just as promised. We ended up having to order another box, and when I called to place the order, the guy who answered said he would call me back right away to let me know when they would be in- he never called. I contacted them again and was told in a couple days they would call to confirm when the tiles would be in- again they never called. My husband finally got through to someone and was told the tiles were in. At four months pregnant, pouring rain outside, and I had been stuck in traffic for about three hours, when my husband called and said they had ordered the wrong coloured floor tile! I was already close to the store so I decided to go pick up the wall tiles.. I was so angry when I got there, they hardly acknowledged their mistake, didn't apologize for any of the inconvience, barely looked up from the computer! Long story short, we had to wait almost TWO more weeks for our floor tiles! And even with that they never apologized or offered a discount or anything.. Horrible service, many tiles arrived broken but we didn't want to deal waiting for another box!! the only employee who seemed to care about helping customers was the youngest guy there. Nothing is ever in stock as they advertised, it all needs to be sent from the warehouse and delievered you can't just walk in and leave with tiles you want. we will never buy anything from keramin again, and we have already spread the word to our family and friends.

A granite countertop and new backsplash in my kitchen had always been a figment of my dreams until. . I called in at their showroom in the hope I would find something that would suit my budget and I certainly did. I went to showroom to see what they had to offer. With the help of their knowledgeable consultants I purchased beautiful counter and matching backsplash at affordable price.
Both counter and backsplash were installed by their professional crew. Now my kitchen looks simply beautiful.

We wanted a totally fresh look when we decided to update our kitchen with new backsplash. We had a good look around everywhere and then my husband found Keramin on line. They had simply the best range of different mosaic tiles available. The only problem was deciding what to buy as the range was huge. We got suggestions from in store consultant and he helped us to make a right decision. Thank you for your service!

Called on to get pricing on veneer I found on there website. They gave me the price and confirmed it was in stock. A hour later I went to pick it up and the price more than doubled. When questioned they denied giving the previous lower price. Would not recommend.
