I have spent over 3600$ at Bombay in Brossard, QC in the last year alone, and today I can say that i will never shop there ever again. I bought a table less than 2 weeks ago and i tried to return it today (it is in absolute mint condition) and the manager refused to let me exchange the item because the styrofoam was not is perfect condition!
I have been more than an excellent customer, and i was treated like absolute garbage. She even told me that she could not care less if i dont shop at the store again, regardless of how much i spent in the past and that even though the item was in perfect condition it his her choice not to allow an exchange. Please be warned that Bombay does not value there customers and the Brossard store manager has really proved that today. You are better off going to other furniture stores who care about customer service.
