Bloomex offers excellent services at a very reasonable price. I had ordered a red rose bouquet from them for my wife when I got to know she got promoted at her office. I wanted to make her feel special, so I ordered them as a surprise for her. I wanted the flowers to be delivered quickly the next morning and my need was fulfilled easily by Bloomex. Thank you!

My colleague had recently purchased a house, so I thought of sending a tulip vase to him as a housewarming present. I wanted the flower vase to be delivered early in morning to have a surprise element. The company happily agreed to do so and delivered the vase at the time I had told them. The worst flower ordering experience I have ever had! I ordered a pretty Xmas arrangement in a basket for a Xmas birthday and they substituted pink and purple flowers in a purple vase. I see from other reviews that this is common practice for them to send a substitute without notifying the customer. They refer you to their substitution policy. Was a very ugly cheap looking substitute. Beware! Don’t take a chance ordering flowers from this company. You will most likely be disappointed!

Ordered a centrepiece, got a basket. Contacted Bloomex and I have to say my complaint was dealt with quickly and a new arrangement was delivered. I do appreciate that. However still not close to what I ordered. At least put in some coloured candles. Lesson learned. Since Bloomex does not seem to have any skilled florists ,I will just not order again.

Possibly this worst flower company in the entire world. I've ordered from them 2 times and the franchise owner is so disrespectful. The Winnipeg Bloomex location has messed up on my families orders multiple times. My brother ordered formal coloured flowers for his girlfriends mothers passing, he SPECIFICALLY OUTLINED THE OCCURRENCE IN HIS PURCHASE ORDER DESCRIPTION, and this location has the audacity to send a bright yellow and red bouquet to the ceremony.

A GREAT BIG 0 star rating (they actually make you rate them in order to proceed so I was forced to put a .5 of a star) - they do not deliver fresh flowers rather dead and old product. Upon calling they will then ask you to send in a picture of the dead flowers, email you with a sympathetic apology and indicate they will delivery new ones at no charge - so you wait around all day and nothing is delivered. You try to call again and send another email requesting information about when the flowers will be delivered and some 4 hours later you finally reach a far from friendly operator who insists you received a follow up email advising that they would be delivered Saturday once new product arrives. Finally this apparent email appears very late in the evening and yes it does indicate that once new product is received on Saturday flowers will be delivered. So Saturday comes and you wonder when the order may be expected so you call and are advised they will be delivered between noon and 5pm. Yes you guessed it no flowers arrive! Call back and first of all are told by the operator that he is shocked by the response we received and yes in case you are wondering it was a Monday morning when the initial delivery was made and this is now a full 5 days later and still no flowers - as of the date of this review a full 7 days)! The operator then goes on to investigate the file and cannot understand why the flowers were not delivered and would have to investigate. "Maybe they will be delivered Monday". They DO NOT REFUND your money so buyer beware! I would not recommend BLOOMEX to anyone! Read other reviews - they are not good! You would think the company would read them and try to make things better!
