I had a Wagjag coupon that was good for an exterior wash with rim cleaning and tire shine, along with a basic interior cleaning of the dashboard, cupholders, windows, and car mats...and I was very disappointed with the job they did.

There was noticable dirt present on the front of my side view mirrors and the rear door. Further to that, my rims still had noticable dirt along the nooks and crannies. This was poor attention to detail. One would think that if a car was washed by hand, a more thorough cleaning would occur, but this was not the case. And the interior cleaning was a joke. My interior windows weren't even touched, my cupholders weren't cleaned, and my seats still had my baby's cookie crumbs in the exact same spot was when brought the car in....pathetic! I heard someone using the vacuum inside my car for 30 minutes, but WTF were they vacumming???

I was under the impression that the cleaning would be done by a professional crew where different people do different tasks. Instead, the cleaning was done by one kid, and the rest of the employees were just standing around talking about upgrading their car rims.....absolutely disappointing...

It's a shame, because I had a lot of friends who wanted to get their cars detailed and wanted to refer them here....but that's not going to happen...
