My husband decided to get our furnaces and ducts cleaned today by this company. We were very pleased with the professionalism of the employees and the high-standard of workmanship they possessed. We will definitely recommend Universal Furnace Cleaning again.

Never showed up for two appointments, gave us the run around, and never admitted to making a mistake. We had paid for a SwarmJam for Universal Furnace Cleaning, and made an appointment for a Monday afternoon. We both wanted to be home, so we took time off of our own jobs, but Brian never showed up. When we phoned, he said he never had an appointment, despite having called us only two days before to confirm. We were annoyed, but decided to try again, and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Again, Brian never showed up, but this time he refused to answer or even return our calls. We phoned the companies office, and were told that "he works when he feels like it." We arenow not comfortable having anyone from this company in our home, and would never recommend them to anyone. We have been forced to use our own time to go back to SwarmJam to get our money back! We never received any apologies or help from anyone in this company.

Had my ducts cleaned by Universal, great customer service and paid extra attention to my hardwood floors, laying drop sheets and wore booties much appreciated. Recommend Universal duct cleaning for all your furnace needs.

We had not had our furnace cleaned or the ducts for that matter for many years, after we had it serviced the technician recommended we should have them cleaned. He noticed on the furnace was a sticker from the last time we had them cleaned back in 1999 by universal furnace cleaning. I could not believe the debris that was in the ducts and furnace, and we have pets and there was hair everywhere. My husband said they did a quality job and I thought there service and their professionalism was worth merit. I've told all the staff at my work about getting their ducts cleaned and I recommended the guys at universal!
